At Krishna Mill Stores, we strive to provide high-quality industrial tools and equipment. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policies are structured to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Electrical or consumable items once opened
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order details and product images
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Once approved, the return shipping instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
